Triple gold medalist and seven awards in aero modeling, RAJESH JOSHI is the first person in the history of Nagpur to choose Aero modeling as a career during 1983, at that time it was a new concept in India and not having even basic expertise instructors as well as it was a expensive hobby which was thought to be perceived by elite class only.

In spite of all odds and financial constraints he has adopted this as his career, created innovative flying object which has drawn the attention of public which created awareness about  Aero modeling and inspired the youths to choose Aero modeling as a career.

Recently he has been Conferred Honorary “DOCTORATE DEGREE” by an Inox International University, LONDON, for his extraordinary, outstanding technical and innovative skills in aero modeling field.

Today he has earned the status of the “Renowned Aero modeler” of Maharashtra state as well as India. He has high degree of skills, workmanship and talent to impart quality training to keen learners. He believes in slow and steady progress towards perfection, always looking forward to accept new challenging tasks in aero-modeling field, be it a Night-flying, Aerial Photography, or designing and making one of the world’s Largest Flying Radio Control Aero model. Due to his dedication and expertise never lets any task Go-Paralyzed.

AEROVISION Training Institute at his residence is one of his distinct vision and commitment towards it. He has excelled in every field, he entered aero modeling right from as a cadet of No.2 (MAH) AIR SQN NCC, NAGPUR, to a professional instructor in the same unit.

Along with it did many successful night flying. He was invited to demonstrate his night flying skills at an international aero modeling meet held at Ambyvally (India) in 2011.

• Self designed, build and successfully flown one of the largest, 150 cc single engine powered, 21 by 16 feet size radio controlled Aero model in the world and the event was witnessed by all electronic as well as print media. It was highlighted and broadcasted by the print and electronic media .This largest aero model has entered in the prestigious LIMCA BOOK OF RECORDS.  
• Self designed, build and successfully flown small model aero model which had capacity to lift extra pay load of six kilos. The same model took part in an International aero modeling competition which was conducted in California USA, in year 2015. The model got 15 th rank.
